I believe that every single person has the ability to feel fit, healthy, and energised, and get into the shape of their lives, long after their 20s, and it’s my aim to make that happen for as many people around the world as possible.
My focus lies in Functional Health, nutrition, and sustainable weight-loss, particularly working with men and women aged 30-50 who juggle work and family life, aiming to help them achieve optimal health, fitness, and regain their confidence.

My Journey So Far
Passion
As a young sports lover involved in football, rugby, and cricket, my path transitioned to weight training in my early 20s. This not only built physical strength but also boosted my confidence.
Shifted Gears
Fueled by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, my path led me to leave a career in finance, obtaining a personal trainer certification in 2013
Education & Experience
Whilst working in some of the world's premier personal training gyms in London and Hong Kong since 2013, I've delved into various courses encompassing training, nutrition, biomechanics, rehab, breathwork, and most recently, Functional Medicine and Advanced Nutrition.
Functional Medicine
Beyond the quest for a flat stomach or 6-pack abs, my approach extends to Functional Medicine, addressing issues like IBS, Anxiety, Insomnia, Fatigue, Autoimmunity, Hormonal Imbalances, and more.
Client-Centric Approach
Recognising that optimal health allows for maximal quality of life, I leave no stone unturned, incorporating a holistic approach to help individuals become the best possible versions of themselves.

My Story
My passion for health and fitness began from a young age as I grew up playing and watching a variety of sports such as football, rugby and cricket. My eye then turned to weight training in my early 20’s as I sought to build on my own strength and physique in the gym.
Being very skinny growing up, weight training really helped me to find that confidence that so many of us feel we lack, so I can certainly say from experience that training is for both physical and mental development.
My thirst for knowledge led me through endless hours of reading up on training and nutrition before eventually deciding to leave a career in finance and achieve my personal trainer certification in 2013.
This really happened, because I realised that the many questions that I sought answers for, were the same as every other regular person:
- How do I burn fat and get lean?
- How do I get strong and build muscle?
- How can I optimise my health in order to minimise any health risks and maximise my potential?
And so, I found my purpose, to help others with the same questions on their own journey. This led me to continuously further my education with various courses, particularly on Training and Nutrition in my early years, but also on Biomechanics, Rehab, Breathwork, and most recently Functional Medicine and Advanced Nutrition.
Since 2013, I’ve worked in some of the world’s leading private personal training gyms in London and Hong Kong, working with my clients on their strength and conditioning, body composition, pre and post-natal exercise, injury rehab alongside nutritional guidance and holistic lifestyle solutions.
My area of expertise is weight loss, predominantly working with both men and women between 30-50 years of age, who are often juggling work and family life along with trying to get in shape, feel healthier and have more confidence.
You can only be as happy as your health allows you to be, and so knowing that optimal health allows for every one of us to maximise our quality of life each day, I’ve looked far beyond the simple aspects of getting a flat stomach or 6-pac abs, to study the practices of Functional Medicine to not only facilitate weight loss, but also address issues with IBS, Anxiety, Insomnia, Fatigue, Autoimmunity, Hormonal Imbalances, and more.
With this approach, I leave no stone unturned to address every part of your health and fitness for you to become the best possible version of yourself.
Conclusion
I pride myself on the results I get with my clients, to the point where I want it just as much as they do if not more. I believe that every single person has the ability to achieve the body of their dreams, and it’s my aim to make that happen for as many people around the world as possible.
