The intensity and complexity of any training will be carefully calculated according to your needs and wants. Our aim is for you to enjoy the training you do, and keep up with it in the long-term as a lifestyle choice, so we won't push any type of training that you don't want to do. On the other hand if you want more intense training and this is in alignment with your goal, then we will happily program your training accordingly.
Your nutritional guidance will be planned according to your requirements communicated in your onboarding questionnaire, and to support your health and performance goals, never at the cost of these.
With your training program, you will have a video demonstration for each exercise to explain the correct technique for you to follow. We also ask that you share 3+ exercise videos of yourself every week, with any exercises that you are unsure of, so that it can be critiqued for you to perform the exercise safely and efficiently.
No, the program is fairly priced according to the quality of service, level of experience, invested education, and past record of positive results. An average Personal Trainer charging HK$500 per session will cost you HK$6,000 for 12 sessions per month. An average private medical consultation and treatment plan often adds up to 5x that amount at around HK$30,000. Professional communication is available at any time via email, within the private Facebook community, and within any mobile coaching apps used. Official business hours of replying are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (GMT +8), and can be expected within 48 hours of your latest contact, although communication is often made outside of these hours and usually within a few hours.
Your training plan can be made to suit you, to be done in a gym, outside, or at home. We can recommend home-equipment for you to acquire based on your goal, the space you have, and the amount of equipment you want to invest in.

Our highly extensive onboarding questionnaire takes 'personalisation' to a whole new level, by assessing deeply your goals, past & present activity, nutrition, lifestyle, health concerns, nutrient deficiencies, and overall physical and mental health, as well as assessing your blood chemistry and specialty lab tests using Functional Medicine where appropriate.
Plans are made to be as time efficient as possible, with regards to exercise activity, non-exercise activity like walking, making changes where necessary to your nutrition and lifestyle habits etc., as well as keeping up reporting and communication with your coach to facilitate your progress.
Time management is priority management, and you should only engage with this service if your health & fitness goals are a top-3 priority that you are willing to make time for.
We generally recommend everyone to take 3-5 specific vitamin, mineral, or herbal supplements to support general health & wellbeing in the long-term. In some rare cases this can be up to 10 supplements but only for specific health concerns identified with lab testing and for a short period of time like 4-12 weeks.
This entirely depends on what your goal is, what's your starting point, and how proactive you are at following your plan from day 1. Our expectation is that you feel or see changes towards your goal within the first few weeks.

Yes, our clientele are largely busy professionals who often travel for work, and also juggle family life along with their own personal goals. This coaching service works to address four key areas of most people's lives, which are home life, work life, social life, and travel/holidays. This is to help you to lead a healthier life in any context, without having to repeatedly stop and start different plans, or regress with your goals.
This program is focused on life-long health and wellbeing, which includes during travel, so we will advise you on how to adapt to following your plan during travel whether for work or leisure, in a way that is both convenient for you and in alignment with your goals.
Your plan will be designed with respect to any past or present injuries, in order to strengthen the area and prevent any further future injury. Programs are designed for you to train safely and minimise risk of injury, but if you get injured during the program, it can be adapted to help your recovery and continue to progress with your main goals.
If you wish to temporally freeze your program, you can do so by email for 1-3 months within a 12 month period, before automatically resuming. If you wish to cancel completely, you can do so anytime with 30-days written notice via email.
