"Before starting with Ajay, I did not watch my nutrition as I thought that good exercise was good enough to get me fit. I did not do strength training and was a regular runner and cycle occasionally. I was training for the 10 km run under the Standard Chartered Marathon and ran in my neighbourhood up to 10 km.

However much I ran, I noticed that I could not get my weight down to below 60 kg. I also wanted to get trimmer and get rid of the belly fat that I had. I also wanted to be toned and fill fitter.
I needed holistic fitness advice to get fit and trim. I needed someone to guide me as to the correct way to exercise so that I can achieve my goals. I thought that I should try out a professional trainer which was something I did not try before. I was aware that I could get injured in the course of weights training or that it would not be as effective if I did not do it correctly.
Ajay highlighted to me that nutrition and diet is very much a necessary part of overall fitness and weight control. He helped give me the tools and means to monitor my nutrition by using the MyFitness App which I found helpful. He also helped set a weight goal for me to target and I worked to get there over the weeks. I needed to be committed enough to keep recording my food intake consistently for all my meals. This made my more aware of how much I was taking in terms of calories.
He also taught me the correct and safe way to train with weights and helped me build up my confidence with them. My strength increased gradually training with him and the weights I could move around increased and he moved me onto my varied exercise which kept my training from being boring.
The result is that my weight has gone down more than 5 kg and I feel and look a lot trimmer. I also enjoy my training and feel better.
Ajay customizes my training to fit my goals and he has a pleasant manner of motivating me to push myself. He adjusts the training programme to fit my circumstances and it progresses in a step-by-step manner. I do not feel stressed out in training and he helps me keep going.
My plan is to continuing working with Ajay to get into even better shape and to get stronger but not bulking up because I am not going for a muscle-bound look or competition.
I just want to feel good, look good and be healthy and strong.
I recommend highly Ajay because he is focused on the client’s needs and his training programme is individually customized and during training he keeps going and does not let the me get distracted or rest too much! He is goal-oriented and watches the training carefully to help ensure proper form. He is also very polite but firm as to what needs to be done to get into good shape."
