"I have had differing levels of success previously with losing weight and my health and fitness goals, but following a change in location and job, I struggled to get back into a routine and prioritise my health and fitness.

Having worked with Ajay previously (with success), I needed the structure and accountability he provides me to achieve my new goals. Having a job in which I’m not in a fixed location, commuting often and may get called upon to drop things and attend a different location, forward planning of meals or having on the go options that I can use and fit within my macros really helped. Ajay always got me thinking about having a plan for my days and supported me with refocusing and getting back / staying on track if I had one slip up to ensure that didnt turn into days of slip ups.

That is why I choose to use Ajay’s expertise again.

I learnt a lot about how my body reacts in different scenarios and to different foods.  I found that having someone to discuss progress each day with, made me a lot more accountable as I didn’t want to let him down, sometimes more so than myself, which drove me more to try make the right decisions and if I didn’t we was able to make adjustments so that I didn’t spiral and got over the set-back quite easily.

Having had a goal in mind this time, it made it easier knowing I was with someone I trusted and I knew if I followed the plan I would get results, this also allowed me to follow the plan to meet my goal without having to worry if the weight wasn’t coming off as quickly as I wanted, as I trusted Ajay and the process which reduced the stress that often comes with body transformation.

The part I enjoyed most was that the process encompasses full health, fitness and wellbeing and how it all interlinked, where as other PTs I’ve worked with felt like I was paying for a training partner. Having worked with Ajay both online and in person, the second time online, I would still record videos of technique and send over for critique and Ajay would track and adjust my training. Outside of this we discussed a lot about food, sleep, water consumption and stress, including triggers that caused me to go off track and mechanisms for me to identify them early and adapt before I took a mis-step. This all encompassing approach and daily check in and tracking made the process enjoyable rather than feel like another job.

I would highly recommend Ajay to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness and overall well-being."
