"I am a busy mum of 3 kids under 7 and work part time. I have always struggled to loose weight after each of my pregnancies and have tried every diet possible but none that I could sustain the weight loss long term and would slowly go back to size 16.

I've had various PT’s who have been good with regards to exercise but none that would motivate me long term when I hit a slump.
I was introduced to Ajay by family who lost loads of weight and I was intrigued on how he had done this.

I still get my treats and eat the food I cook for the family so I did not have a specific diet plan which was great! I did reach a plateau even though I was doing the same thing so felt demotivated, that’s where Ajay was brilliant, after a zoom call I was back feeling motivated and ready to start again. I feel great in my clothes and am currently my pre pregnancy weight so goal achieved!
