"I was really nervous about working out as I was suffering from major back pain for 2+ years (2 slipped discs), but Ajay, my trainer, has been super compassionate and patient with me - we put together a plan with targeted goals and he is always there to push my limits.

I wasn't used to tracking my macros - in the beginning I would send pics to Ajay everyday just so he knows what I eat and how much food I consume, and now as I get more comfortable, I can easily track my calories on an App, which helps my diet in so many ways.

I've tried several PTs before, but training with Ajay helped me realized my goal. I am just glad that I can have fun at the same time while working out!"
