DUTCH PLUS® (Hormone test)

With an easy, at-home sample collection over the course of one day, the DUTCH Plus examines your stress hormones, which are largely responsible for daily energy levels, and also your sex hormones, which are responsible for many different aspects of your health.

The four times of sampling in the morning, plus the two more in the evening, give you your total daily proctuction of sex hormones - being more reliable that the single snapshot you get from a blood test, and your daily pattern of producing stress hormones - accurately shows you how your mental energy and alertness fluctuates through the day and night.

However, the DUTCH test goes beyond blood testing, by examining your "hormone metabolites", which show how your body processes your hormones through different stages before they are detoxified (or excreted) from your body.
