What's the purpose of the call?

The purpose of the call is to understand your specific needs, goals, and challenges. It's an opportunity for us to discuss how the program can benefit you and to answer any questions you may have.

How long does the call typically last?

We recommend setting aside 30 - 40 minutes for the call and dialling in from a quiet place where you will have no distractions.

Do I need to prepare anything ahead of the call?

While there's no specific preparation required, it can be helpful to think about your goals and any questions you have about the program. This will make the call more productive.

Is there any pressure to commit during the call?

No, there's no pressure to commit during the call. I'm here to provide information, answer your questions, and help you make an informed decision at your own pace.

If I do join, what results can I expect?

Clients usually notice results within their first 2 weeks and continue to lose around 10% of their body weight after their initial 12 weeks, but of course this totally depends on your individual goal, capabilities, commitment, and any health concerns.

Is the program suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely. You will receive full training and suport from me and we will always go at a pace you are comfortable with. The intensity and complexity of any training will be carefully calculated according to your needs and wants. Our aim is for you to enjoy the training you do, and keep up with it in the long-term as a lifestyle choice, so we won't push any type of training that you don't want to do.
